ATLANTA, GA [October 02, 2019]–Caliburn International, LLC (Caliburn PT&C) recently moved its Atlanta operations to a new location in the heart of Vinings in northwest Atlanta. Caliburn’s Atlanta operation focuses on providing project management, cost engineering, and digital solutions, primarily for federal clients, and was recently named to Engineering News-Record’s (ENR’s) list of the Top 50 Program Management Firms and Top 100 Construction Management-for-Fee Firms.

“Our new office in Atlanta is a testament to the significant growth we are experience across the company, and in our Engineering & Consulting line of business in particular,” Caliburn Chief Executive Officer Jim Van Dusen said.

Caliburn International’s new office space offers employees a variety of ways to work and interact, with numerous gathering spaces sprinkled among personal workstations. The office features 360° views from its 16th floor location in the Overlook III building, which is LEED certified and earned an Outstanding Building of the Year Award from the Building Owners and Managers Association of Georgia.

“Our Atlanta office was designed with employees in mind – we created a space that would foster collaboration, allowing employees flexibility in how they work throughout the day, while at the same time embracing our company’s rich history in this community. We are proud that Caliburn made this investment in our Atlanta team,” said Andy Reape, who leads Caliburn’s Atlanta-based Engineering & Consulting line of business.

Reape was joined by Van Dusen, Chief Operating Officer C.D. Moore, Chief Analytics Officer Anne Peterson, and Treasurer Julie Osterland for a ribbon-cutting ceremony in the new space on September 10, 2019.
