For nearly 40 years, we’ve provide a complete range of cost management services for both private industry and governmental agencies — each project unique in its priorities, parameters, complexity, and objectives. Cost management services center on planning and controlling costs, resources, schedules, profitability, and risk.
Project Time & Cost, Inc. developed numerous detailed cost estimates and databases for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on overseas, military and civil projects such as the design phase estimating for the Ft. Drum Army Base in New York — which required special security clearance. Throughout the years, our team has supported major parts of the Tri-Service Automated Cost Engineering System (TRACES), including MII development and training. It is due to this firsthand experience that we’ve made native MII interoperability a priority feature within our CostCenter platform.
Professionalism and a superior reputation landed work with other governmental agencies, such as the development of the Hazardous, Toxic and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) Database to more accurately estimate environmental restoration costs for the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy.
Providing customized consultation according to your needs, Project Time & Cost, Inc. becomes a member of each project team — working with engineers, scientists, architects, legal counsel, accountants, managers, and contractors to meet desired objectives. On a full-scale or partial basis, Project Time & Cost, Inc. will organize, plan, and manage all aspects of a project from feasibility studies to post-construction operations and maintenance.
In 2021, the PT&C digital team launched their entire CostCenter software suite which included the publication of their construction cost data and estimating solutions. They continue to grow their team in an effort to transform the construction technology landscape with each update.
