PT&C's USACE Alaska District cost engineering services contract supports both the Alaska and Hawaii Districts. Under this contract, PT&C provides cost engineering services, including cost estimating, critical analysis, program and project management, planning and scheduling, cost and schedule performance measurement, change control, and value engineering.
